Hilton Experience Preferred - Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments - Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs - Monitor and maintain hotel facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained - Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing training and guidance as needed - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of events - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hotel operations
Experience:
