Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the employer, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements - Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails - Transcribe notes and documents accurately and efficiently - Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents - Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks - Manage office supplies and inventory - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests - Utilize computer literacy skills to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using office equipment such as phone systems, printers, and scanners - Knowledge of document management systems like DocuSign - Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks - Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles is a plus Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
