Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Collect and record data on client progress and behavior using specified data collection methods - Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients based on their individual needs - Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment - Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred - Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus - Must have strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times - Must pass a background check and provide references Note:
This position requires working directly with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
The ability to remain calm, patient, and compassionate is essential.
Training will be provided to successful candidates.
