The main focus is to help Green Valley Inspections grow by achieving sales and profit goals established by the company.
This position requires working some non-traditional hours (weekends) to attend events and open houses.
You must be an energetic, self-starter who is comfortable with public speaking in front of both large and small groups to satisfactorily perform each essential duty listed below.

The main goal of the Growth team member is to drive business to the inspectors.
You are expected to help build strong brand awareness by creating relationships with realtors and brokers as well as work with inspectors and customer care staff to make sure we have happy clients.
This is a salary position with bonuses and commission.
Responsibilities:
Seek out new prospects and call them to introduce our company.
(Please Note:
If you are afraid or uncomfortable with making cold calls you need not apply as this will be a daily task.
) Schedule and participate in company functions, promotions, customer visits, and customer events.
Engage in ongoing training sessions.
Perform administrative duties, such as updating CRM, Answer phone, maintaining sales records, Email Correspondence etc.
Social Media Savvy - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or 3-5 years of Outside/ Inside Sales experience.
Experience:
1 year of outside sales experience preferred.
Previous knowledge of Real Estate transactions experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (including no DUIs).
