Water Mitigation Specialist (office/field)

Individuals applying for this position must have experience of at least 5 years in water mitigation.
MUST be IICRC certified.
Xactimate estimating knowledge is also required.
Description:
Individuals applying for this positions will be in charge of specific projects within the company.
Assist the field technicians and office staff with any water mitigation questions or concerns regarding current jobs.
Will also perform job walks, creating scopes of work, utilizing Xactimate program to create estimates and communicating with insurance adjusters.
You will be working closely with upper management and office staff to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
Individuals applying for this job might work by themselves or work as a team to get the job done.
Individuals applying for this position will be required to perform labor work in the field as well.
Skill Requirements:
Scoping water mitigation jobs & Estimating through Xactimate(Required).
Time Management:
You will be working with employees, customers and management, often spinning multiple plates at once.
Multitasking is required.
Along with good note taking skills.
Analytical Skills:
You will also need analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day.
If needed, you will help analyze data and help to make decisions that affect projects on a regular basis.
Proven experience working with other companies in Water Damage Restoration Industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a seller's permit.
