We serve the grocery, retail, restaurant, and commercial facility industries.
We are looking for individuals that want to grow and advance their career in the Electrical field in the construction industry.
Experience in electrical refrigeration, grocery store, restaurant, and retail is a plus! POSITION OVERVIEW The Electrician Foreman is primarily responsible for electrical work and supervision in the commercial field for our growing electrical division.
They will work under supervision of the Electricial Field Operations Supervisor and should have an extensive understanding of the importance of general construction and electrical safety procedures.
The Electrician Foreman should have substantial knowledge of electrical circuits, and comprehension of electrical assessments, repairs, and installs for commercial projects.
ELECTRICIAN FOREMAN RESPONSIBILITIES -Ability to maintain a safe working environment by administering and adhering to Company safety protocol and OSHA safety requirements.
-Ability to work and delegate work based off of blueprints, charts, tables, work orders, and verbal instruction and organize assigned work from start to finish.
-Supervise all activities of electricians and apprentices.
-Repair electrical issues by installing and/or replacing wiring, electrical devices, and electrical components in an effective and timely manner.
-Inspect jobsites and evaluate electrical team routinely.
-Communicate clearly with other trades and team members, subcontractors, and customers, job progress and potential needs or concerns.
ELECTRICIAN FOREMAN REQUIREMENTS -Five plus years experience in a Commercial Electricial supervisory position or related role.
-Exceptional supervisory and communication competence.
-Attention to detail and ability to convey information accurately to managers, peers, customers, subcontractors, etc -Proficency with local codes and the National Electrical Code.
-Experience reading mechanical and electrical plans and blueprints.
-Current driver license.
-High School diploma or equivalent.
ELECTRICIAN FOREMAN ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Electrician Foreman should be able to aid in the following areas that are required to be performed on a daily basis:
-Adherence to all safety standards put forth by the Company.
-Perform inspections and assessments of electrical related items.
-Install, repair, replace specific electrical systems in a safe and efficient manner.
-Properly report updates to Electrician Field Operations Supervisor and other trades, whether subcontractors or co-workers.
-Track supplies, equipment, tools, and machinery for accurate inventory tracking.
-Effectively communicate daily with peers, supervisors, and customers.
-Ability to provide leadership and direction to electrical employees.
TECHNOLOGY/PROGRAMS USED -Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Teams/Etc) -SAGE Service Operations (SSO):
