Responsibilities:
Installs, tests, and repairs security systems.
Runs wiring, installs hardware, and field terminate all devices.
Inspect teams' workmanship Inspects and tests systems, batteries, and wiring; adjusts and repairs as required.
Replaces malfunctioning hardware when necessary.
Ensures installations comply with Stone Security Standards.
Performs other related duties as required.
Travel may be required.
Qualifications/Skills:
2 years of experience installing network camera systems 2 years of experience installing security systems 2 years of experience installing access control systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Aptitude for networking, computers and general IT is preferred.
Education/
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2 years of related work experience required On-the-job training may be provided.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to use hand and power tools to install hardware.
Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
Physically able to install system hardware and wiring.
Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
at a time.
Benefits:
Medical Insurance - monthly premium is 100% company-paid for employee and employee's family (if applicable).
There is a maximum $2,500 reimbursement per year for any deductible-related expenses in addition to the monthly premium.
Dental Insurance - monthly premium is 100% company-paid Basic Life Insurance - a $25,000 basic insurance policy is paid by the company.
Any additional amounts need to be paid by the employee.
Voluntary Vision Insurance - this is a voluntary plan and the company only pays 50% of the employee's monthly premium.
401K with a 4% employer match 12 holidays off with pay PTO - Upon initial eligibility, the employee is entitled to 17 days (1.
4 days/mo) of PTO each year, accrued monthly the first year of employment beginning from date of hire.
