Job Description:
Underwriting potential new acquisitions and dispositions, and assisting with due diligence investigation process from term sheet through closing.
Visiting prospective new deals.
Overseeing acquisitions underwriting, due diligence and various special projects, often incorporating joint venture structures and debt financing.
Creating and updating financial analyses for potential acquisitions and existing assets.
Creating Excel-based models which present pro-forma investment returns.
Managing, maintaining and continuously improving financial models and databases used in the forecasting and planning process.
Compensation:
starting $8-$13/hr plus $400 commission (per file).
