130####### The Transformational Care (TC) Business Analyst is responsible for driving analysis and data reports for Transformational Care of the facility.
TC is a management infrastructure rooted in LEAN principles designed not only to sustain the gains, but also develop a culture of continuous process improvement.
TC empowers front line staff to solve ongoing process issues by following a rigorous methodology of Lean tools, general management and change management methodologies.
The TC Business Analyst works closely with the TC Director and the TC teams in analysis, problem solving, implementation and sustainment of Transformational Care initiatives.
Responsible for efficient and complete data abstraction and analysis with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from that data.
Acts as a resource for Transformational Care when hospital/clinic TC Director is not available.
This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Community Hospital of San Bernardino.
It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values.
The employee shall support Community Hospital of San Bernardino strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement, process, and activities.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
