Qualifications:
Preparing all food to facilitate operations in the restaurant or catering Performing line cooking, grilling, broiling, sauteing, steaming and prep work Cutting meats, and chicken Performing daily cleaning Organizing walk-ins and storage areas, proper rotation FIFO Working in conjunction with other employees to ensure the quality, consistency and specifications are upheld Maintaining and operating equipment properly Able to multi task and follow instructions Able to handle pressure Pays attention to detail and meticulous in organizing Good working attitude and does what needs to be done to get the job done, no complaints, no prima donnas CASHIER / FOOD PREP Preparing all food to facilitate operations in the restaurant or catering Performing line cooking, grilling, broiling, sauteing, steaming and prep work Must have experience in restaurant Must be team oriented, love to smile, work hard, and have reliable transportation! Must have a flexible schedule. Must have the ability to multi-task, work efficiently and effectively, and work well under pressure. Customer service skills are of utmost importance and the ability to interact with guests.
